Concrete

Material which became a tradition, with properties well-known by the design engineers, is available in our portfolio both in standard applications, manholes, inlets or levelling elements or plates and as special pipes for horizontal directional drilling. The applicable standards are SR EN1916 and SR EN 1917.

Different classes of concrete are used in the manufacture process, as well as different technologies and, as such, the reinforced concrete pipes are made of C40/50 self-compacting concrete and the shaft elements are made both through the classic technology of the wet cast and with automated machines through procedures using dry-cast concrete

The reinforcement mainly consists of state-of-the-art BST500 concrete, with higher performances, both in terms of resistance and as specific elongations.
